  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the SINGLE reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh on average 42 lbs lighter than we do.

    (And by the way, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING related to "how" they are eating.)
