  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It's really the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh on average 42 lbs less than we do.

    (And by the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING around "how" they are eating.)
